Your product is built. Now someone has to run the business.

Dot Vision is the business side for startups in web3, AI and SaaS. Go-to-market, biz dev and fundraising first, with structuring and licensing in the EU or offshore when you need it.

Two strokes, one mark: you build the product, we build the business around it.

Products rarely die because of the code.

After four years building and running ENS Vision, we saw the same pattern again and again. Great teams lose because nobody owns the business side.

  • A launch with no go-to-market plan

The product ships, the announcement goes out, and nothing happens. No segment, no channel, no first buyers lined up.

  • A great product nobody hears about

Features keep growing while reach stays flat. The story only makes sense to the people who built it.

  • The wrong structure, discovered too late

The company, the token or the licence sits in the wrong place for the users, the bank or the next round.

  • No bank willing to open an account

Crypto and fintech teams lose months to banking and payment partners that were never going to say yes.

  • Partner deals signed without reading the fine print

Exclusivity, revenue shares and listing terms that look good in a call and hurt for years.

That's true in web3, and just as true for AI and SaaS. It's the part of the company we run.

Two strokes, one company

You build

  • The product
  • Code and infrastructure
  • The roadmap
  • Your users' trust

We run

  • Go-to-market
  • Biz dev and partnerships
  • Fundraising
  • Structuring and banking
  • Compliance checks

What we take off your plate

One team for the business side, from the first buyers to the right structure. We bring in licensed specialists where the law requires them.

Core

Go-to-market and business development

Positioning, the go-to-market plan, partnerships and the first real pipeline. We get people to use, and pay for, what you built.

  • Who exactly you sell to, and why they'd switch
  • One segment, one channel, one activation moment
  • Partner and integration deals, read before they're signed
  • Outreach and first conversations with real buyers

Right for you if you have a strong product and no one owns sales, growth or partnerships.

Core

Strategy and fundraising

A pitch that lands, a round that makes sense, and investor conversations that move.

  • Positioning and pitch deck
  • Round size, terms and timing
  • Investor targeting and warm intros
  • Data room and investor updates

Right for you if you're raising and the story isn't landing.

When needed

Structuring, licensing and tax

Company setup, licensing (including MiCA), VAT, tax and banking, in the EU (Malta) or offshore, whichever fits. We steer it and coordinate licensed lawyers and accountants.

Add-on

Security and compliance check

Before launch: dependencies, TLS, GDPR and cookies, basic smart-contract checks. We fix the obvious and refer deep audits to specialists.

EU or offshore? What decides it

Four questions shape the structure. We map the options, then coordinate licensed lawyers and accountants.

  • Where your users areEU, US, Asia, global
  • What you're buildingA token, a platform or a service
  • How you'll bankFiat rails, stablecoins, payment partners
  • What you'll raiseEquity, tokens, grants
  • EU company with a MiCA pathMalta or another member state
  • Offshore structureWhere it fits users, banking and the raise
  • A mix of bothOften the practical answer

Sound familiar?

If your team says any of these, we should talk.

  • We built it but can't get users.Go-to-market and biz dev
  • We're raising and our deck isn't landing.Strategy and fundraising
  • We need a business co-founder, not another dev. That's us
  • Where do we incorporate? VAT? MiCA? Banking?Structuring and licensing
  • Is our site safe? We got a scary GDPR email.Security and compliance check
  • Pre-seed to Series AEarly teams with a product live or close to launch.
  • Web3, AI and SaaSBlockchain, AI products, SaaS and fintech.
  • Strong on productBuilders who are thin on the business side.
  • Going internationalNew markets, regulated buyers, EU entry.

Start small. Keep going if it works.

No long contracts. Scope and price are agreed after a short intro call.

Timeline: a basics check first, then a 2 to 4 week go-to-market sprint, then a month-to-month retainer.
  1. Basics check

    First step, fixed scope

Your “why now” in one sentence, your site and X profile read as a storefront, your community home, whether you can do direct outreach, and basic tracking.

  2. Go-to-market sprint

2 to 4 weeks, fixed price

Positioning, a plan for one segment and one channel, and the first conversations with real buyers and partners.

  3. Monthly retainer

    Month to month

We keep running biz dev, partnerships and investor outreach with you, or hand everything over to your first hire.

Add when needed:structuring and licensing through our specialists, and a security and compliance check before launch.

Try the basics check yourself.

The same five questions we start every engagement with. Answer honestly; nothing is stored or sent.

Can a stranger understand why your product matters now, in one sentence?
Do your X profile and website work as a storefront that makes people keep reading?
Do you have one clear home for your community?
Does someone on your team do direct outreach, not just posting?
Do you know which channel brings your users, and what they do first?

Questions founders ask us

What does a go-to-market sprint include?

A fixed-price sprint of 2 to 4 weeks. We start with a basics check, then sharpen who you sell to and why they'd switch, build a go-to-market plan for one segment and one channel, and open the first conversations with real buyers and partners.

How much does it cost?

Every sprint has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed after a short intro call. If it works, we continue month to month. No long contracts.

Do you only work with crypto projects?

No. We work with startups across web3, AI and SaaS. What they share: a strong product and a business side that is thin or missing.

Can you help us set up in Malta, the EU or offshore?

Yes. We map the options for company setup, licensing (including MiCA), tax and banking, then coordinate licensed lawyers and accountants and keep the process moving. We don't give legal advice ourselves.

Do you do security audits?

We run a light security and compliance check before launch: dependencies, TLS, GDPR and cookies, basic smart-contract checks. Full audits and penetration tests go to specialist partners we trust.

Where are you based?

Dot Vision Ltd is a company registered in Malta, in the EU, with its office in Valletta. We work remotely with teams worldwide.
